Please contact Sumiya to discuss One to One yoga. This can be at your home or another convenient venue. If you are interested or even mildly curious in establishing your own practice please get in touch. No experience is necessary. You will be taught step by step.

We are taking a break over Easter from Friday 30 March to Monday 16 April.

Evening Gentler Led Ashtanga, Breath and Meditation 5 week course with Sumiya See Workshops & Courses Page - starts 8 January.

TUESDAY

Evening Class

Led Ashtanga with Sumiya

Info: General classes for all levels
Where: St Michaels Church Hall, High Street, Lewes
When: Tuesday evening 7pm to 8pm
Cost: £9 per class or £40 for 5 class pass
** No class on 6 Feb or 13 Feb.

 

 

THURSDAY

Evening Class

Led Ashtanga with Sumiya

Info: General classes for all levels
Where: St Michaels Church Hall, High Street, Lewes
When: Thursday evening at 7.00pm to 8.15pm
Cost: £10 per class or £45 for 5 class pass
** No class on 8 Feb or 15 Feb.

 

FRIDAY

Lunchtime Class

Led Ashtanga with Rosie

Info: General classes for all levels
Where: St Michaels Church Hall, High Street, Lewes
When: Friday lunchtime 12pm - 1.15pm

Cost: £10 per class or £45 for 5 class pass

** No class on 9 Feb or 16 Feb.

 

SATURDAY

Mysore style Ashtanga with Sumiya

Info: Full Led Primary & Mysore style Ashtanga with Sumiya @ 8.30am
Where: St Michael's Church Hall, High Street, Lewes
When: Saturday morning @ 8.30am
Cost: £9 per class or £40 for 5 class pass
** No classes in February - next class on 3 March.

Practicalities

Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own. Just wear comfortable clothes. It is best not to eat for at least 2 hours before a class.

 

Please arrive 5 mins before the start of a class.
